The SW2 Enterprise Centre involves us cutting the number of offices we run from 14 to just two, to save £4.5 million a year in running costs. That’s the equivalent of a £15 saving for each resident every year.
The three developers bidding for the chance to create the SW2 Enterprise Centre in Brixton will exhibit their final schemes at a date to be confirmed this Autumn.
All will be welcome to view the schemes and leave feedback which will then be used in a final report to be considered by the Council’s Cabinet.
